Most of time staff listens but sometimes take time to answer call bell

I’m not complaining here I m just suggesting patients should not be forced to get up 5.30 am when breakfast not till 7.30 or 8 am we patients can’t sleep sometimes we would like to sleep at least till 7 am we are not well we need rest

I was given a professional session by [name removed] who was pleasant and personable.
Would have been more beneficial if I’d seen someone 6 months earlier but it is what it is.
Suggested improvements
In an ideal world it would have been more beneficial to have seen been seen 8 months earlier.

Lovely lady, excellent treatment and very calm environment. However, I was told I would be sent an exercise sheet, but so far I’ve not received it (4 days).

More regular update information on hip operation waiting times would be helpful as this can help lessen the impact on mental health and self esteem.

Staff very friendly and efficient.
Parking is difficult at St Marks. Seems as if construction work in carpark is very slow.
Suggested improvements
Make it easier to find a parking space near the physiotherapy department.

Because the person was so focused and thorough in his knowledge , and made sure that we understood what we should be doing . This person enjoyed his work and helped us to enjoy it as well ,he will go far in his career and he is the sort of people we need .
